Refunds

Ticket sales are refundable up to 14 days after purchase, if you are unable to attend the event after such time please email expert@ooco.co.uk and let the team know not to expect you. We will be unable to offer a refund after such time.

I hope you can understand that every penny from ticket sales gets reinvested into the event straight away.

Memberships are non refundable but are cancelable after the initial 3 month contract has elapsed.
